About Us
®Computational Diagnostics, Inc. (CDI) has been pioneering the field of Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IOM) since 1988 by providing exceptional patient care. While our technology has changed over the last 25+ years, our commitment to our customers, whether they be patients, surgeons, hospitals, or fellow neuromonitoring personnel, has not.
CDI is a provider of exceptional patient care, staffed with nationally certified neurotechnologists who have been highly trained in anatomy and physiology as well as the correct modalities to use to optimize intraoperative monitoring. Combined with our attending neurophysiologists/neurologists providing real-time interpretation of the data, CDI has less than a 0.1% occurrence of unexpected negative surgical outcomes.
CDI is a provider of the NeuroNet® IOM equipment. NeuroNet® was the first commercial system that introduced graphical user interfaces, multi-modality testing, generalized digital filtering, and internet based processes to allow a single interpreting physician to provide remote services to multiple patients simultaneously in real-time. CDI’s technology has been recognized twice by Computer World/Smithsonian awards and has been described by Tom Peters, acclaimed author and business consultant, as “the wave of the future.” CDI has been awarded research funding from the US Army’s Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center for the development of novel communication devices and from the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Stroke to develop state-of-the-art electrodes.
The CDI technologists, physicians, and engineers, combined with the NeuroNet® System, allow CDI to provide highly reliable professional clinical services 24/7 – 365 days a year. CDI’s reliable and rapid response to emergencies has enabled CDI to earn the trust and appreciation of numerous hospitals, surgeons, and patients.
To further fortify this trust, protection of the privacy of individually identifiable health information is strictly enforced by CDI policy. This policy is established in accordance with HIPPA Privacy, HIPPA Security and Patient Safety Rules. Every employee has undergone extensive training in this area. To ensure the safety of patients’ health information, all patient information is stored in CDI’s Secure File Servers, which are only accessible to authorized individuals.
CDI continues to strive to provide exceptional patient care, high end systems and software, and attentive customer service that you should expect from a service provider.
